Pairing: Germany x Italy (and HRE x Chibitalia) Germany hits his head saving Italy and regresses to the HRE. They have some bitter sweet moments when Italy takes him out on the town. Italy has trouble coping with the realisation that both the HRE and Germany are two consciousnesses in one body and only one can survive.
