Dub & Peter 1

The story is set in Pepper Town, where two guys named Dub and Peter go to a junkyard to create a really fast car to pick up girls. When completed by Peter, the car was named "Peter 1" with Dub as its driver. The car is controlled by a computer and has its own personality and can talk to Dub. (Source: Dragon Ball Wiki)
