Edomae no Shun Tokubetsuhen - Sushikon

Shun Yanagiha , the third son of Ginza's ``Yanagi Sushi'' and a high school student, aspires to become a sushi chef after his father, Masunosuke, falls ill and is forced to be temporarily hospitalized. Shun begins his self-taught training as a sushi chef at Yanagi Sushi, which is currently closed due to Masunosuke being hospitalized. With the help of Hiramasa, who has been a regular customer of Yanagizushi since his grandfather's generation, and with his genius ideas and efforts, Shun rapidly improves his skills, and eventually receives sushi from Masunosuke's direct disciple, Naoya. Having been recognized for his talent as a craftsman, Masunosuke decides to wait for Shun to graduate from high school and give him full-fledged training as the third generation of Yanagizushi.
