Kanojo ni Naru Hi

Miyoshi was always competing and losing against his childhood friend, Mamiya, who was good at everything. One day, Mamiya collapsed from illness and was hospitalized for several weeks. When he returned to school, it turned out he was genetically female, and now he has decided to try living his life as a girl, much to Miyoshi's horror.
