Captain Bianca: The appearance of the new hero everyone has been waiting for!! In a quiet seaside town, Leon, a young man doing odd jobs at an inn, meets an unexpected guest. Bianca, who gives off a scary vibe and is thought to be a pirate, is actually a kind person who finds and protects rare marine life. As she meets a pickpocket penguin, a strawberry turtle, and a con artist sea otter, Leon gradually falls for Bianca's charm. Meanwhile, Bianca senses that something is wrong with the town where rare marine life appears in abundance, and her arch enemy(?) Digor of the Silver Group appears in front of her. Leon's feelings only get more complicated as he sees Digor, who doesn't hide his feelings for Bianca... This is different from the fantasies you've seen so far!
